Kim and I were able to get away and spend five nights in Puerto Vallarta. We really missed Jewels but it was good to get away and get some much needed R&R. The Westin Resort & Spa was where we stayed. It was right on the bay, which offered some great views of the Ocean and bay and was also really close to many restaurants and shops. We hopped on the local city bus one of the days and experienced the old town part of Puerto Vallarta. The bus ride was quite interesting, picture a 35 year old school bus driven by a 20 something aspiring Nascar driver and you kind of get the idea!! We arrived safely and the sights of the downtown were pretty cool. Anyway, here are a few pictures.

We spent some time playing in the park on a sunny Saturaday afternoon. Jewles loved the pretty fall colored leaves!
It's September 1st and Jewels finally put everything together and crawled to Mommy for the first time. It's hard to believe that she is already nine months old! Our little sweetheart is growing fast!
